Featured Project
Maahad Flow
MaahadFlow is a comprehensive management platform designed to streamline daily operations in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). It brings student management, dormitory administration, billing, financial records, canteen operations, and laundry management into one centralized web application. With a clean and structured interface, MaahadFlow helps administrators monitor essential information, reduce manual administrative work, and manage pesantren operations more efficiently.
The Challenge
Managing a pesantren involves many interconnected administrative processes, from student and guardian records to dormitory assignments, monthly billing, financial activities, canteen transactions, and laundry operations. When these processes rely on spreadsheets or manual records, information can become fragmented, duplicated, and difficult to monitor. The challenge was to create a centralized system that could connect these operational areas while remaining simple and intuitive for different types of users.
The Filament Touch
Built with Laravel and Filament, MaahadFlow combines a powerful backend with a streamlined administration experience. Filament was used to build resource management, forms, data tables, relationships, filtering, authentication, and role-based workflows across multiple modules. The system also features custom Email/NIS authentication and role-based access for Admin, Cashier, and Student accounts, allowing each user to interact with the platform based on their operational needs. The result is a scalable and modern admin system that keeps complex pesantren workflows organized and easy to manage.
