The Challenge
Warehouse teams often struggle with fragmented data, manual stock updates, and limited visibility across operations. These inefficiencies can lead to inaccurate inventory, delayed decisions, and unnecessary operational costs. The goal was to build a centralized WMS that simplifies day-to-day warehouse management while providing the visibility required to make faster and more informed operational decisions.
The Filament Touch
Built with Filament as the administrative foundation, the system transforms complex warehouse workflows into a streamlined operational interface. Custom resources, relationships, forms, tables, filters, actions, and dashboards were tailored to the needs of warehouse teams rather than relying on default CRUD behavior. This approach keeps the interface clean and familiar while still supporting sophisticated inventory and warehouse operations.
